Mark Haig

Mark has been the owner and driver of Aldom Transport Engineering for over 30 Years, and is well known and respected throughout the industry for his experience and honest, straight talking approach. Mark is the life blood of our business, shaping a culture built on quality, pride, integrity and genuine care for our people, our customers and our partners.

As Chairman, Mark ensures our 50 year legacy of market leading design, engineering and manufacturing solutions continues evolves strategically and sustainably. 

A strong interest in motorsport and family life influences Mark’s leadership style, shaping a culture built on pride, loyalty and genuine care.

Nick Maloney

Nick leads Aldom’s strategic direction, working closely with Mark and the leadership team driving vision, culture, values and outcomes for our people, partners and customers. 

Outside of work, Nick loves travelling and spending time at the river with friends and family. That family focus is reflected in his friendly, down to earth approach with staff and customers, and in the positive culture he works to build at Aldom.

Kean Jeffs

Kean leads our Design and Engineering Department and is central to the service we provide our customers and partners. Kean has over 30 years industry experience, and this enables him to work closely with customers  and partners to understand requirements, provide advice on fit for purpose design, engineering and manufacturing outcomes, and translate this into a clear scope of works for our design, engineering and manufacturing teams.

Away from work, Kean is a dedicated family man, a passionate Crows supporter and a big fan of music and live gigs – an easygoing, grounded approach that carries through into the way he interacts with customers and partners.

Filipe Goncalves

Filipe leads the Design and Engineering team, overseeing the full design lifecycle from concept to certification. Filipe has over 20 years industry experience, including senior roles with one of South Africa’s largest transport manufacturers. Filipe is a Recognised Engineering Signatory in South Australia. 

Filipe’s technical depth of knowledge, regulatory expertise and commercial awareness enables the team to focus on practical designs that are safe, functional and efficient to manufacture, helping Aldom deliver the high quality products our customers and partners expect. 

Outside of work, Filipe enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Yash Mistry

Yash is a key member of our engineering team, also overseeing the full design lifecycle from concept to certification. Yash has over 15 years industry experience, and his career has taken him from University of Greenwich engineering labs in the UK, to process and manufacturing roles in India, and then into the Australian transport industry after migrating to Adelaide in 2016. Yash is a Recognised Engineering Signatory in South Australia. 

Yash’s methodical approach, strong communication skills and commitment to continuous improvement ensure each solution has been properly engineered from the ground up.

Andrew Albertini

Andrew leads the team responsible for ensuring the right parts and materials are sourced, purchased, stored, and delivered to the right place, at the right time, and with the right partners. This important role sits at the intersection of our purchasing, supply chain, inventory, and transportation, and is critical to ensuring we’re delivering on business and customer outcomes. 

Whilst all of our people have a deep connection with Aldom, Andrew has a unique family connection in that his Father (Albertini), is the AL  in the ALDOM Name. (ALDOM was originally formed by Albertini and Domenic back in 1975). 

Andrew has over 25 years industry experience in a range of roles, and this enables him to work closely with our Partners, Customers and Suppliers and the broader business. 

Luke Tryfopoulos

Luke leads Manufacturing, Modifications and Repairs across the business, working with our extensive team of tradespeople and apprentices to create new products, modify and repairs existing products and ensure our customers are on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Luke has over 20 years experience in the industry, and this experience is helping Aldom make continuous improvement in all areas of our operations. 

A relaxed, friendly operator, Luke is a happy family man who loves his sport and still actively plays footy. That easygoing but committed approach carries through to his work, where he is known for putting customers first, supporting his team and focusing on quality workmanship with clear, honest communication.

Phil Padgett

Phil plays a key leadership role in Aldom’s business development, focusing on strong engagement with customers to understand their needs, and then connecting them with Aldom’s extensive end to end capability to enable to right solution. 

Known for his energy, collaboration and strong follow-through, Phil enjoys building partnerships that extend beyond single projects and is focused on creating outcomes that provide win-win outcomes for all parties. 

Outside of work, Phil loves travelling, spending quality time with friends and family and living life to the fullest and he brings that positive, people focused approach into the way he works every day.
